About Me

Hi, I’m Tiera (pronounced teer-ah). I’m married, a mom of three, and someone who has spent years learning how much sense women’s bodies actually make — even when they feel confusing, frustrating, or misunderstood.

My work is shaped by both lived experience and education. From fertility and hormonal health to sexual desire, pleasure, and the changing seasons of womanhood, I’m deeply interested in how women’s bodies function and how much freedom can come from understanding them. I believe God created our bodies with intention and wisdom, and that learning to listen to them is not something to fear, but something to grow into.

What I want most is for women to walk away from our conversations feeling more grounded in their bodies and less at war with them — regardless of diagnosis, season, or story. My hope is that you would come to see your body as something worth paying attention to, and yourself as deeply loved and created on purpose.

Why I Do This Work

Over the years, this work has been shaped not only by education, but by life lived in many different seasons. My husband and I have lived overseas, navigated unexpected paths to parenthood, and spent years having and witnessing conversations about bodies, sex, faith, and identity that often weren’t talked about openly.

Alongside my one-on-one work, I’m also a co-host of the Kingdom Sexuality Podcast, a space created for Christian married couples to have honest conversations about intimacy, desire, hormones, and the topics around sex that are often avoided or oversimplified in the church. In that space, I bring my knowledge of women’s bodies and hormonal health into conversations about real marriage and real intimacy.

All of this has shaped how I show up with women today. I believe women’s bodies make sense, even when a season feels unfamiliar or unsettling, and that understanding what’s happening can change how we move through it.
